The waste rubber used now and the low-temperature continuous cracking equipment for waste tyres have the following advantages:

The technological process is : The raw material for cracking is put into the silo through crushing and other pre-treatment → through quantification
Feeding→Seal Feeder→Feeder→Into the cracking main kettle→Low temperature cracking→(1) The slag end seals the high-temperature slag → The carbon slag enters the carbon residue storage tank through cooling down → (2) The cracked liquefied petroleum gas The body enters the buffer drum → through the settling and pre-cooling tank → column tube condensation → casing condenser → Product oil storage tank → Non-condensing petroleum gas → Exhaust gas purification system → Back to the combustion chamber exhaust gas utilization→ Enter the tail smoke purification system → discharge into the atmosphere and other processors.
