Cracking equipment will generate a certain amount of non-condensable gas when pyrolyzing oil gas due to the characteristics of raw materials and equipment. After the exhaust gas collection system is used, the excess petroleum gas can be converted into liquid petroleum gas and stored in special cylinders for liquefied gas. Can be used to burn fire, cook, sell, etc. The conditional screening of low-carbon fractions is carried out. The polymer carbon fraction is automatically discharged through the use of safety devices that are not of high value, and is subjected to high-temperature combustion, followed by spraying, cooling, and desulfurization.

 

After the completion of production, the carbon black part is completely discharged through an automatic slagging auger, enters the conveyor auger, and is temporarily stored in the collection tank. The entire process is completely sealed without any leakage or odor.
