The refinery of waste tires of all projects must be based on the protection manuals and protection procedures of machinery and equipment, and should strictly perform all protection operations according to the rules, reduce the wear rate of parts, eliminate the risk of defects, and extend the service life of the machinery. Need to do the following tasks:
1. Level 1 protection: Level 1 protection operations are carried out on a routine basis of protection. The main points of operation are smoothing, tightening and checking of all relevant parts and cleaning “three filters” (ie cleaning air, oil, fuel filter) Wait). Level 1 protection is coached by the head of the mechanical team and the mechanical operators are finished.
2. Level 2 protection: Level 2 protection operations are viewed and adjusted as key points. Specifically, it is necessary to check the operating conditions of the engine, clutch, transmission, transmission organization, steering and brake organization, operating equipment, hydraulic system, and electrical system, and make necessary adjustments to remove the defects found and ensure that the mechanical assembly and parts have Outstanding job function. The secondary protection is assisted by the mechanical operator to help the maintenance personnel finish.
3. Third-class protection: The main point is to detect, adjust, remove the risk of defects and balance the wear and tear of all parts. It is necessary to carry out definite examination and situational inspection of the parts that affect the use of the function and the sites where there are symptoms, and then complete the necessary replacements, adjustments, and removal of defects. The three-level protection requirement is completed by the skilled maintenance personnel with advanced testing instruments and things.
Waste tire refinery is a kind of mechanical equipment that quickly uses waste plastic rubber to refine gasoline and diesel oil. JY-type composite catalyst is added to the reactor, waste plastic rubber is added to the reactor, and then the reactor is heated at atmospheric pressure. The pyrolysis reaction is performed and the liquid is cooled to produce a liquid fuel oil; the liquid fuel oil is introduced into a catalytic pyrolysis reactor, and is subjected to catalytic thermal decomposition, fractionation, and cooling to obtain gasoline and diesel fuel, which saves fuel for heating and shortens the reaction time. The addition of the product can increase the oil yield and reduce the reaction temperature and reaction time.
